Need both tests in one day? See our One Day C1 Ambulance course — Module 3A reverse in the morning and Module 3B on-road in the afternoon.
We offer dedicated C1 training using a real ambulance. This is the ideal route if you want to become an ambulance or paramedic driver, or operate medium goods vehicles between 3.5 and 7.5 tonnes.
The C1 licence is the first step beyond a standard car (Category B) licence. It opens doors in the emergency services, private ambulance companies, and many delivery and logistics roles.

Important note
If you obtained your car licence before January 1997 you may already have C1 entitlement. After that date you need a medical, provisional entitlement and the tests. We guide you through every step.
